CPP Gives Gov’t Ultimatum To Refund All Monies Collected By Job Applicants At State Agencies

The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has given the government a three-week ultimatum to refund monies collected from Ghanaians, who purchased application forms, to be employed in state-owned agencies.

This comes as several security agencies, including the Ghana Police Service, begin mass recruitment of staff across the country and eligible applicants are required to purchase a form at GH¢100.00.

Addressing the media at the party’s headquarters in Accra, the Chairperson of the Party, Nana Akosua Frimpomaa said the CPP will go to court, should the government fail to heed the call.
