You Have Many Wives But Still Want The Poor Man’s Wife – MP laments to Prez

You have many wives but still want that one wife a poor man has, Member of Parliament (MP) laments to Prez Akuffo Addo in an interview.

Akwasi Ameyaw Cheremeh ,MP for Sunyani East Constituency speaking in an inerview,has beseech the President of Ghana,Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, to call the Bono Regional Minister,Ama Kumi Richardson to order.

The MP doubled as a Lawmaker in the Parliament, said the Regional Minister is grabbing all the contracts and enhancing herself at the levy of the people she has sworn to serve.

Mr Akwasi Ameyaw Cheremeh,secured his reason with an incident as a point of reference,which is the the one hot meal the NPP Government ordered to be  provided for Junior High School students and their teachers.

This was an action which didn’t sit down well with the[MP],because the Minister, Ama Kumi Minister together with the women’s organizer cooked food and distributed it to schools instead of giving the contracts to the School Feeding coordinators.

“While she is destroying the party, can’t people see it? Some women were at the residency, she has sacked all of them and has brought her sister in law. The ladies who came together and went on house to house to ensure that the party won, you’ve sacked all of them”

“Just recently when the President said JHS students should be provided with food, she together with the women’s organizer in a joint venture cooked the foods for the students. That angered me and I had to step in to stop that. What kind of David’s character is that? That you have many wives but still want that one wife a poor man,” the Sunyani East Member of Parliament, expressing his anger said on Sunyani-based Nimde3 FM.
