‘Why Spend On A Want And Not A Need?’ – Lydia Forson Questions Government

In a series of Tweets, she said “COVID hit the entire world, a lot of countries are still trying to recover, but to continue using it as an excuse to impose hardships on your people is just wickedness.
“How do you compare countries where people are getting all kinds of benefits through this to us?”
Her reactions come at the back of the depreciation of the Ghana cedi against major currencies and the daily increase of fuel prices that have affected the prices of goods in the market.
She also disagreed with the controversial 1.75% E-levy proposed by the government.
“Politicians will spend millions on a campaign, let people risk their lives in a pandemic to vote just to retain power; and later turn around and act like poor church mice who need leftovers,” she said and urged Ghanaians to wake up.
She stressed that politicians depend on the ignorance of Ghanaians and “lack of interest in interrogating policies” where they expect to be able to format you with big English.”
Lydia Forson also questioned the government why a broke country like Ghana will spend million to purchase a new presidential jet.
You don’t know economics.
You don’t understand policy.Ok- I don’t.
How many of your leaders have one?
I dont need an economic degree to question why a broke country wanted to spend millions on a presidential jet?
Why spend on a WANT and not a NEED?

Netizans Raise Eyebrows Over Sonnie Badu’s Tattoo Says ‘It’s Ungodly’

Social media users are divided on whether or not getting a tattoo is a good thing or a sin in the eyes of God.
This debate started after they spotted a tattoo on the arm of gospel singer Sonnie Badu.
In a now-deleted post on Instagram, Sonnie Badu shared a picture of himself ministering in Ivory Cost in a white shirt that showed off the tattoo.
“From Ghana, Nigeria, Atlanta, and Canada this project has all my BaduNation citizen’s coming… IvoryCoast Abidjan – you are about to experience the BADUfamily… They were carefully selected and are extremely skilled in their craft.,” he captioned the post.
The picture, however, did not get the attention Sonnie Badu expected. Some people in the comment section believed that it was ungodly for the singer to get a tattoo.
