Miss Josephine Nana Adwoa Asmah, a recent graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), tragically lost her life in a fatal car accident on December 16, 2024.
Fondly called Jojo by her loved ones, Josephine was known for her academic excellence and inspiring leadership. She recently graduated with distinction and served as the immediate past Women’s Commissioner of the Geography and Environmental Science Association (GESA). In this role, she championed women’s empowerment with dedication and grace.
Her sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Jojo’s life was marked by a deep sense of purpose. As a student leader, she was a beacon of hope and a voice for her peers, known for her warmth, infectious smile, and unwavering drive to create positive change.
Her ability to connect with others and inspire them to excel made her a cherished figure within the KNUST community and beyond.
