MTN Ghana has announced the appointment of Stephen Blewett as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2024. Blewett succeeds Selorm Adadevoh, who has been appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer of MTN Group.
Blewett rejoined MTN in July 2023 as the Operations Executive for Markets, overseeing the Group’s smaller West and Central Africa markets while providing operational support across the region.
Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Digicel. Blewett also brings significant experience from his previous tenure at MTN, where he served as CEO of MTN Benin and later MTN Cameroon.
MTN Ghana welcomes Blewett to his new role and looks forward to his leadership in driving the company’s continued success and innovation in the region.
