Meanwhile, the self-acclaimed Queen of Ghana Music has taken her hustle from the studios to the street as she sells ‘pure water’.

She was in the company of her mother, Obaapa Kaakyire Addo who was also hawking food.

The act was to promote her latest single, Heat, a song that portrays the daily struggles of the ordinary Ghanaian.

In participation of the trend, Wendy Shay and her mother stormed the street in a foreign country to hawk.

They were discussing their hustle while borrowing words from the song which has since garnered close to 500,000 views on Youtube.

In another instance, they also represented garbage collectors who were complaining of their low source of income.

For the same purpose, Wendy Shay initially dropped her celebrity status to enjoy roadside beans and plantain.

Black Sherif Is A One-way Artiste - Blakk Rasta

One of Ghana’s highly opinionated radio presenters, Blakk Rasta has given his verdict on fast-rising rapper Black Sherif.

Black Sherif broke into the limelight with his Second Sermon song which got a lot of recognition from all over the world.

The song earned him a collaboration with Grammy Award winner Burna Boy to record the remix.

He went to carry the Ghanaian fast-rising rapper along with him during his music tour last year.

Currently, his Kwaku The Traveller has garnered a lot of attention topping most music charts around the world.

Speaking to Nana Tuffour and Frema Adunyame on Citi TV show “Upside Down, the highly opinionated broadcaster without mincing words posited that the Kwaku The Traveller is a lucky musician who has a certain grace in his life.

According to him, a lot of people have made songs which are more popular than Kwaku The Traveller but Black Sherif is a lucky guy.

He further advised the young rapper to learn from the mistakes of other musicians in the industry and move on.

Blakk Rasta added that the Second Sermon hitmaker’s two songs he has listened to are so similar.

” I have listened to two of his songs and I think that they are so similar.  Similarity is not one way but if he is not careful he will be a one-way artiste,” the former Zylofon presenter remarked.
