NSS Releases First Set of Access Codes for 13,353 Trained Teachers

The National Service Scheme (NSS) has unveiled the inaugural batch of access codes for 13,353 qualified Ghanaian-trained educators. These codes are intended to facilitate their enrollment for the mandatory one-year national service during the 2024 service cycle.

According to a press release issued by the NSS secretariat on Monday, February 12, 2024, eligible teachers are urged to visit the scheme’s official website at www.nss.gov.gh to initiate the online enrollment process.

Prospective service individuals are required to remit a registration fee of GH¢40 at any branch of the ADB Bank in order to acquire access to the primary enrollment platform and finalize the enrollment formalities. Alternatively, payment of GH¢41 can be executed via MTN MoMo for the same purpose, as indicated in the statement endorsed by the acting Director of Corporate Affairs, Ambrose Entsiwa Jnr.

The enrollment phase is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, February 14, and will conclude on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. It is emphasized in the statement that all eligible trained educators must personally complete their online enrollment procedures within the specified timeframe.
