National Security operatives have raided the Accra residence of the former Aide-De-Camp (ADC) to ex-Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, according to a report by MyNewsGh.
Eyewitness accounts reveal that the operatives allegedly forced their way into the property, breaking through the main gate and damaging doors. The search reportedly left personal belongings scattered, and the operatives made away with the CCTV hard drive from the premises.
While the exact motive behind the operation remains unknown, the incident is the latest in a string of security actions reportedly targeting individuals closely linked to the previous New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration. Similar raids have been reported at the residences of the former Finance Minister and former Bank of Ghana Governor.
