MTV Africa Awards: Kwesi Arthur Achieves First Ever MTV Africa Nominations

Kwesi Arthur has earned his first ever nomination with MTV Africa Music Awards.

The BET Awards nominee being the first Ghanaian to be nominated so far has grabbed a slot in first batch of the nominations list which were released this week.

Kwesi Arthur is up for the “Best Hip-hop” category where he will compete with Nasty C (South Africa), Suspect 95 (Cote d’Ivoire), Khaligraph Jones (Kenya), NGA (Angola) and OMG (Senegal).

The event is set to happen in Kampala in Uganda next year.
