Makola hair vendors disrupt Wig Fair organized by Nigerian Woman

Makola hair vendors have disrupted a wig fair organized by a Nigerian businesswoman at the Makola market in Accra.

The local wig sellers were worried about the impact of the Nigerian businesswoman’s cheap prices on their business.

The Nigerian businesswoman, who owns Priceless Hair, had come to the market to sell her wigs at a lower price than what was available on the Ghanaian market. However, the Makola market women were not pleased and decided to prevent her from selling.

They invaded the fair to demonstrate their displeasure.

However,  the Nigerian Businesswoman urged attendees to stay put and shop.

Some attendees defended the Nigerian vendor against the enraged market women.
