Mahama Donates GH¢50,000 to Sanitation Team, Buz Stop Boys

Former President John Dramani Mahama has praised the Buz Stop Boys, a sanitation team, for their outstanding patriotic volunteerism dedicated to achieving a cleaner, healthier, and better Ghana.

In a statement from the Office of the former President, shared with the Ghana News Agency, it was announced that Mahama donated GH¢50,000 to the group. He also promised to help secure additional resources needed for their voluntary work, such as tricycles, shovels, and Wellington boots.

Mahama encouraged the team to persist in their efforts and to freely offer recommendations to his office for future sanitation policies.

The statement concluded by noting that the Buz Stop Boys expressed their gratitude to the former President and assured him that they would put his donation to good use.
