I'm Going To Be Homeless In A Year - Kanye West
Kanye West has said that he is converting all of his houses into churches.

During a lengthy interview with culture magazine 032c, the ‘DONDA’ rapper spoke of how society needs to progress. “We are under capitalist rule, and it’s killing us,” he said. “It’s time to change that.”

He continued “I’m going to be homeless in a year. I’m going to turn all the homes I own into churches. We’re making this orphanage, and it will be a place where anyone can go.”

“It should be like an artist commune. Food should always be available.”

Elsewhere in the chat, the star touched upon an upcoming planned performance piece called ‘The Funeral Rehearsal Of Kanye West’ and admitted that he’s got a “drop of corniness” to himself.

West recently outlined his plans to tackle homelessness and hunger in Los Angeles. He is reportedly looking at using his own companies to provide education, jobs and housing to those in need.

Ye vowed to “cure homelessness and hunger” in the US during his 2020 presidential campaign last November. “We will cure hunger,” he wrote on Twitter at the time. “There are people sleeping in parking lots.”

He added “I was just speaking with someone that told me their life story and they used to be homeless. We must and will cure homelessness and hunger. We have the capability as a species.”

West created prototypes for an ambitious housing project to ease homelessness in LA back in 2019. However, the dome structures were torn down after it was alleged that the rapper didn’t have the proper permits.

He later shared plans to build an eco-village and children’s ranch using the same domes.

“My Son And I Fight Over Money” – Burna Boy’s Mum Reveals

Burna Boy’s mother, Bose Ogulu, has said that she and her son regularly argue over how resources, like money, should be handled.

During an interview with CNN African Voices, the singer’s mother, who also serves as his manager, claimed this.

“We don’t think we should be spending money on the same thing,” Ogulu said when asked what her primary bone of contention with her son was during the conversation.

Burna Boy, she believes, considers ideas without regard to expense, particularly when it comes to video production.

So he comes up with very weird ideas without really thinking about how much it costs or how much it doesn’t cost, “she continued. As a result, my initial reaction would be, “No, it won’t work.” “How are we going to get that money back?”

“We don’t believe we should be spending the same amount of money on the same things.” I’d want to make this, this, and that, and I’d like it to look like this. Even for film shoots, I want a thousand people to be there with me, you know, atop the world’s highest skyscraper. As a result, he comes up with a lot of wacky ideas without actually thinking about how much they cost and how much they don’t cost.

‘Baby Shark’ Becomes The First YouTube Video To Hit 10 Billion Views

“Baby Shark,” the inescapable earworm beloved by some children and often feared by their parents, has hit a new milestone — 10 billion views on YouTube.

Not only is it the most-viewed video on the platform, a record it set in November 2020, but it’s now the only video on the site to reach 10 billion views, YouTube confirmed to CNN.

The kids’ song, masterminded by South Korean educational company Pinkfong and performed by Korean-American singer Hope Segoine, debuted in 2016 and was a viral hit in Asia but didn’t jam itself into Americans’ collective consciousness until 2019.

Since then, it’s been turned into a Nickelodeon TV show, a cereal, a live show and the rallying cry of the Washington Nationals throughout their World Series-winning season. It even made the Billboard Top 40 at one point and inspired the Jamie Tartt chant on Apple TV+’s “Ted Lasso.”

YouTube’s most-watched video depicts two real children demonstrating the “Baby Shark Dance” while the titular animated shark and his family — including a moustachioed “Grandpa Shark” — swim serenely and later attempt to hunt the kids.

They fail, though, and the kids celebrate their safety while the sharks watch from afar, forks in fin.

Its success was somewhat accidental: In 2019, Pinkfong’s US CEO Bin Jeong told CNN the company hadn’t expected the clip to take off the way it did, saying, “the ones that make it, make it on their own.”

To celebrate the most recent “special milestone,” Pinkfong invited kids all over the world to share their “Baby Shark Dance moments” with the company.
