Pancake preparation time can be less than 30 minutes and cooking time can take less than 10 minutes depending on the amount you are preparing.
With the ingredients to prepare pancake, you will need 200g plain flour, 350ml milk and 1/2 water for a lighter pancake, 2 large free-range eggs lightly whisked, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and extra oil for frying.
Put the flour and salt into a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the milks and eggs. Give the liquid mixture a quick whisk before adding the flour. Continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Now add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil and whisk thoroughly.
Take a large frying pan and dip some kitchen paper in the oil and wipe the inside of the pan. Heat the pan for day 1 minute.
Cook the pancake for 30-40 seconds. Use a knife to life the pancake carefully to look at the underside to check if it’s golden brown before turning it over.
Cook the other side of the approximately 30-40 seconds and serve.
You can now enjoy your pancake with chilled juice or any other thing of your choice.
