French Ambassador Excited After Fulfilling Her Wish Of Meeting Kuami Eugene

It was a dream come true for French Ambassador to Ghana, Anne Sophie Avé, when award-winning Highlife artiste Kuami Eugene paid her a courtesy call.

In the same nature Chance the Rapper’s manifestation of meeting Sarkodie was granted, Madam Sophie’s tweet, revealing her wish to meet Kuami Eugene, also yielded positive results.

Eugene capitalized on her wish to surprise her by showing up at her residence to have a bash ahead of his birthday on February 1.

After their pleasantries and her longing hug, Madam Sophie did not waste time, but went ahead to have a laughter-filled conversation with Eugene, who she said is one of her favourite artistes.

The French Ambassador was also fortunate to have been taught some contemporary Ghanaian dance moves.

Her excitement was doubled when the Rockstar gifted her a beaded necklace and matching bracelet.

She summed up her heartfelt emotions in a caption she wrote on Instagram:

“How would YOU feel if you met one of your favourite artist, get to celebrate his 25th birthday, get spoilt with a beautiful gift, learn the dance moves of his new song Fire Fire and discover in avant première the music video ? It made my day! I mean my week! My month! It was an amazing moment! @kuamieugene is an extraordinary personality as well as an incredible artiste, he is an inspiration for the Youth
Ghana 🇬🇭 to the world.”

Popular actor of Efiewura TV series fame Nana Yaw Kwakye has been reported dead.

The deceased is said to have passed on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Though the cause of death is not immediately known, he is said to have been unwell for some time.

His death was reported by the online portal, classfmonline.com.

Apart from acting, the deceased was also a member of Accra-based Radio Gold’s newspaper review team.

One of Ghana’s highly opinionated radio presenters, Blakk Rasta has given his verdict on fast-rising rapper Black Sherif.

Black Sherif broke into the limelight with his Second Sermon song which got a lot of recognition from all over the world.

The song earned him a collaboration with Grammy Award winner Burna Boy to record the remix.

He went to carry the Ghanaian fast-rising rapper along with him during his music tour last year.

Currently, his Kwaku The Traveller has garnered a lot of attention topping most music charts around the world.

According to him, a lot of people have made songs which are more popular than Kwaku The Traveller but Black Sherif is a lucky guy.

He further advised the young rapper to learn from the mistakes of other musicians in the industry and move on.

Blakk Rasta added that the Second Sermon hitmaker’s two songs he has listened to are so similar.
