Fire Destroys Wooden Buildings at Circle ECOMOG

A severe fire has demolished numerous wooden buildings at Circle ECOMOG in the Greater Accra region.

The fire ignited around 4 PM on Wednesday, leading to extensive damage and forcing many inhabitants to flee for safety and rescue their possessions.

A resident known as Super Scary described the frantic scene as the fire swiftly consumed the area. “It happened so quickly. One moment everything was fine, and the next, there was fire all around,” he recounted.

The cause of the fire remains undetermined, but the rapid spread implies that the densely packed wooden structures and potentially flammable materials stored within may have intensified the blaze.
