The Frimpongs have successfully crossed the second year of the blissful marriage and are hopeful of many more years.

Medikal, born Samuel Frimpong, wedded his partner, Precious Fella Makafui in a star-studded traditional ceremony at Odehye Gardens at East Legon, on March 7, 2020.

What many rumored was a stunt or a music video due to the series of drama that greeted the day, ended successfully with a kiss to seal their union.

The couple has since been living as man and wife in their plush seven-bedroom home situated at East Legon.

Their union has been blessed with a daughter named Island.

Celebrating their feat, the couple took to their social media pages to eulogize each other and express how blessed they are as partners.

“Thank you for always reminding me what butterflies feel like !! May God continue to bless our marriage with love and laughter!! Je t’aime,” Fella posted, to which Medikal replied: “Happy 2 years anniversary baby! God got us, love you for life, thanks for being part of this amazing journey”.

Mrs Frimpong posted a minute-long video, detailing their journey from when they were just lovers to their current stage.

She included Love Don’t Cost a Dime music from Arya Starr in the background to profess her undiluted love for her husband.

Popular actor of Efiewura TV series fame Nana Yaw Kwakye has been reported dead.

The deceased is said to have passed on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Though the cause of death is not immediately known, he is said to have been unwell for some time.

His death was reported by the online portal, classfmonline.com.

Apart from acting, the deceased was also a member of Accra-based Radio Gold’s newspaper review team.

One of Ghana’s highly opinionated radio presenters, Blakk Rasta has given his verdict on fast-rising rapper Black Sherif.

Black Sherif broke into the limelight with his Second Sermon song which got a lot of recognition from all over the world.

The song earned him a collaboration with Grammy Award winner Burna Boy to record the remix.

He went to carry the Ghanaian fast-rising rapper along with him during his music tour last year.

Currently, his Kwaku The Traveller has garnered a lot of attention topping most music charts around the world.

Speaking to Nana Tuffour and Frema Adunyame on Citi TV show “Upside Down, the highly opinionated broadcaster without mincing words posited that the Kwaku The Traveller is a lucky musician who has a certain grace in his life.

According to him, a lot of people have made songs which are more popular than Kwaku The Traveller but Black Sherif is a lucky guy.

He further advised the young rapper to learn from the mistakes of other musicians in the industry and move on.

Blakk Rasta added that the Second Sermon hitmaker’s two songs he has listened to are so similar.
