The Abuakwa District Police Command in the Ashanti Region has arrested a father, Kofi Agyei, for allegedly impregn@ting his 14-year-old daughter.
The incident came to light when the victim gave birth and a DNA test was conducted revealed the truth.
The young girl was initially coerced to falsely accuse an innocent man of being responsible for the said pregn@ncy.
However, after the birth, a DNA test was conducted and the results indicated that the father was indeed the biological father of the child. The police were alerted and the suspect was arrested at his residence.
