Faila Abdul Razak, in her bid to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing the 30-hour mark.

The aspiring record-breaker, currently stationed at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, Northern Region, showcased her culinary prowess, garnering support from notable figures like Hon. Haruna Iddrisu and Hon. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, MPs for Tamale South and Tamale Central, respectively.

Razak’s relentless dedication and culinary expertise have been on full display, as she aims to smash the existing record held by Irish Chef Alan Fisher, who set an awe-inspiring 119-hour mark just months ago. With an ambitious goal of hitting 120 hours roughly five days of non-stop cooking. Razak’s commitment to creating delicious meals has continued to captivate supporters and onlookers alike.
