Empress Gifty Turns Shatta Wale As She Blasts Nigerian Gospel Artists In New Video

Ghanaian Gospel singer, Gifty Adorye Hopeson famed as Empress Gifty has descended heavily on Nigerian gospel artists over the lack of support.

Recall, when Shatta Wale during his Freedom Concert held at the Accra Sports Stadium around the Christmas eve blasted Nigerian musicians for not reciprocating the same love Ghanaians artists show them.

This issues became the most discussed topic over a period of two weeks.

In the same way, when we taught this Ghana vs Naija brouhaha which was started by the Dancehall artist, Empress Gifty has taken the baton from Shatta Wale as she has taken on Nigerian gospel musicians.

In a new video sighted by GhArticles.com, she supported Shatta Wale and praised him for bringing up that topic for discussion.

According to her, she can’t recall the last a Ghanaian gospel artist held a big tour in Nigeria as they do in Ghana most times.

She added that, Ghanaians gospel musicians go as far as promoting their programmes on social media, they go for a media tour just to support their brothers and sisters but they don’t do same for Ghanaians.
