Election 2020: EC Blames Rain for Delay of Declaration of Presidential Results

2020 election is ongoing and the declaration of the results is what the public are waiting for.

Individuals and media firms have declared the winner already but the genuine one that everyone is waiting for is the electoral commissions own.
