Hassan Ayariga Sets $100 Million Budget for 2024 Election Campaign

Hassan Ayariga, the Founder and Leader of the All People’s Congress (APC), has declared his readiness for the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections, stating that he has allocated a substantial budget of $100 million for the campaign.

In an interview with TV3’s Keminni Amanor on the program *Hot Issues*, Ayariga emphasized the significance of financial preparedness in securing victory in the elections, asserting that any party aiming to win would need to spend between $50 million and $100 million.

When questioned about the APC’s plans for parliamentary candidates, Ayariga expressed confidence in winning 25 constituencies.

Ayariga also issued a stern warning to corrupt government officials, stating that if elected, he would hold them accountable for their actions. He vowed to change their “sleeping places” and promised to tackle corruption head-on.

The APC leader’s declaration highlights the significant financial investments required for a successful electoral campaign in Ghana and underscores his commitment to combatting corruption if elected to office.
