Mfantsiman Girls’ Senior High School (SHS) has made an impressive comeback in the 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), defeating West Africa SHS (WASS) and Zion College to secure a spot in the one-eighth stage.
The ladies from Saltpond dominated the early rounds, confidently leading with sharp answers that energized the audience. Although Zion College staged a strong comeback during the Problem of the Day round, Mfantsiman’s resilience shone through in the final round, the riddle segment. Despite WASS’ impressive performance in solving riddles, Mfantsiman Girls surged ahead, securing a decisive victory and knocking out their competitors.
Their stellar performance marks a triumphant return to the competition, proving that Mfantsiman Girls are more determined than ever to achieve NSMQ glory.
